At Avery Slippers, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Returned in their original packaging

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at contact@averyslippers.com, and we'll be happy to help with a size exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned outside the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
